The Friends of All Saints Church

The Friends of All Saints Church is a charitable association uniting all those who love and value the church and its place in the community.  Formed in February 2012 and managed by a small committee, the Association exists to help All Saints flourish at the heart of the neighbourhood.  The Friends are not necessarily regular churchgoers but all are interested in preserving and enhancing the beauty of the church by raising funds dedicated to the repair and maintenance of this historic Arts and Crafts building.  The gilding of the magnificent organ pipes is arguably the most visible example of The Friends’ work.  Events such as recitals, concerts, talks, wine tastings and quizzes are held throughout the year.  They are open to all, announced in the Parish calendar and newsletter, and advertised on social media and via email.  Music has played a large part in our activities since 2018 when the annual All Saints Music Festival came under the umbrella of The Friends.  Further information about The Friends can be found here in the latest Annual Report and Statement of Account.

Please help to keep our church open as a valuable amenity for the local community and a place of worship for future generations by becoming a Friend of All Saints.  If you are interested in learning more about what we do and would like to support The Friends through subscription or donation or by volunteering, please contact the Chairman, Robert Cunningham on 01753 883997, or pick up a leaflet in the church (also available here).
